I lead complex enterprise technology delivery in regulated environments where infrastructure risk and execution pressure collide.
My career has progressed from hands-on technical work into executive-level program and portfolio leadership.
I am often brought into work that is already under pressure. My role is to restore delivery viability by identifying the constraints that actually matter and establishing governance that keeps execution under control.
I also build applied AI systems around real operating problems. The objective is practical: reduce manual effort while improving decision quality and traceability.
I have led direct-report teams of 6–20 people across operational and technical-program environments, with accountability for performance and execution. I have also coached delivery professionals on stronger governance and more consistent execution.
